A Nepalese domestic worker died from a stab wound to the stomach in a hospital in Kesrouan, north of Beirut Tuesday evening, security sources said.
Sina Bell, 38, died shortly after admission to St. George Hospital in Ajaltoun, Kesrouan, around 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Her 73-year-old employer Mona al-Shamali, told police Bell was “in a state of anger” and stabbed her before turning the knife on herself.
