Report Launching by Admin Admin: Roumieh Prison inmate held for robbery escapes

BEIRUT: An inmate escaped from Roumieh Prison, Lebanon’s largest detention facility, security sources said Monday.
Prison guards reported Abdallah Shahimi as missing but sources could not specify exactly when he escaped. Shahimi was imprisoned on charges of robbery.
