BEIRUT: A Lebanese man was released early Wednesday hours after gunmen kidnapped him in the Bekaa Valley, a security source said.
The source told The Daily Star Naji Mukh was dropped off at the Boudai Plain at dawn. It was not immediately clear whether a ransom had been paid.
Unidentified gunmen kidnapped Mukh in Baalbek Tuesday. Mukh, who is in the country on a visit, was snatched from his car in Majdaloun, Baalbek.
