BEIRUT: Investigative Military Judge Fadi Sawwan interrogated 12 military personnel Monday over drug trafficking allegations inside the notorious Roumieh prison, according to the state-run news agency.
Sawan also interrogated Internal Security Forces officers who allegedly violated military instructions and neglected to carry out their duties at Lebanon’s largest prison facility. He issued arrest warrants against them.
